ONLY 0.4 MILES FROM TOWN HALL and 0.7 MILES FROM MACMILLAN PIER! This 1 bedroom condo is located on the 1st floor of a 2 unit condo association. Conveniently located in the desirable West End, on a quiet side street between Commercial and Bradford Streets. Exclusive parking for 1 car. Plenty of natural light streams into the FRESHLY UPDATED living/dining/kitchen area, and the separate bedroom (bed with firm QUEEN-sized mattress) with large closet. Amenities include: in unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, well-appointed kitchen, HD TV with basic cable, free high speed Wi-Fi internet, dining table for 2 expands to 4 people, outdoor grille (shared with upstairs unit) and small sitting area for 2 people. Close to beach, shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, gym, bike rental.

Most everything in walking distance, you might never use your car!

Wake up bright and early, head over to Joe Coffee (.2 mile away), and sit out on their expansive patio, where you can see and be seen, or have breakfast at Liz's Cafe (450 feet away). Rent bikes at Ptown Bikes (600 feet away), and on your way to Herring Cove Beach or beyond, grab sandwiches from Pop & Dutch (250 feet away). Later, pump up your biceps at Mussel Beach Gym (450 feet away), and get a fresh cut at Monument Shave Shoppe (200 feet away), before Tea Dance at The Boatslip (600 feet away). For a good bottle of wine and sophisticated nosh, hop over to Perry’s Wine & Liquors (700 feet away). For dinner try our go-to restaurant: Sal's Place (.2 mile away). Finally, dance the night away at several clubs in town, all also within walking distance.

Great Provincetown Getaway!

We had a great stay in this charming property! The location could not have been better on a quiet block within steps to Commercial St. Loved having beach towels provided and on site washer and dryer were a huge perk. Such a cute spot to call home for a great stay in Provincetown!!

Great mini vacation

This was our first trip to Ptown and this great house! We had a wonderful stay in such a great location , the house has everything you need and we will definitely come back again ! We were even able to get in earlier than planned, thank you again!

It's a truly lovely property and a great location. My boyfriend and I found the bed too soft and didn't sleep well. Otherwise, I had absolutely no complaints. I would come back if I like a soft springy bed.

Ideal Provincetown Location

Really enjoyed my stay in Ptown. The place is small but bright, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient to use the gas grill outside. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. The location is great for West End activities. I'd stay here again!

The host was very responsive to our needs. We had a toilet overflow, and it was dealt with in minutes. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the bathroom had shampoo and soap already in stock. The location is as good as it gets. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This is the fourth property we've rented in Provincetown by ourselves, and so far it's the best one.

Perfect space and location. Unit was spotless, well-appointed, did not need anything else. Healing space for me after losing my wife this year. Will hope to come back! Note: Parking space very small, walls are thin.
