Great experience!

We had a really lovely time here. The neighborhood was nice and we could get to the beach in a short time. There was plenty of shopping and food choices. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and made good use of the kitchen! We will be back!

Dirt, Damage and Plugged Pool Filters

Dirty upon arrival, Roches ran the kitchen. A Damage roof vent clattered enough to keep us awake. No kitchen towels, hand towels or washcloths. Plugged Pool Filter was replaced once I called about the condition. Owners are nice but need to stay there a few days so they know what they are renting and can get it fixed up a bit.

Good location and great owners

Tatiana and Sergey provide a very nice and clean home with a couple of quirks. As mentioned in another review, one bedroom is outside of the main house so that it accessible to the pool. Great for bathroom use, but whomever sleeps there is locked out of the house at night in order to secure the entire property. Also, the steep stairs to the master bedroom are not shown or mentioned in the description and were a bit intimidating at first. The marble floors and shower are beautiful even though very slippery when wet. The living room was a bit warm with nine of us at the house, but I blamed the Florida heat of over 100 degrees during our stay. The pool and yard were a lifesaver for cooling down on hot afternoons. Sergey was very responsive to all questions via text and even came over to help with a problem with the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to shopping, restaurants and Hard Rock Stadium. We adjusted quickly to all of the above quirks and would gladly stay again if the Ravens need to crush the Dolphins :)

The pictures can be deceiving I wish I had known that the 4th bedroom was separate from the house, as a family we didn't feel comfortable using the room to sleep because we did not want to be separated because we close the door to the pool every night and we didn't want to do that with another person in that room. The washer and dryer is also in that room with the bed right next to it. The stairs going upstairs to what I believe is the master bedroom are very narrow and dangerous and the bed is very uncomfortable. Also there is a balcony there that has no railing so if you have children its best to keep them away from the upstairs area. The air conditioning also does not quite cool the living room area it can get very hot. The location for this property is amazing. Close to everything, the house is the best looking house on the block and the locked gate provides extra security. Tatiana is an amazing host. She was helpful and responded quickly.

Wonderful stay

The house was well clean and in a perfect spot for a short travel to different spots such as walmart, getting something to eat or even getting on the highway to go to the beach. I will definitely recommend booking this house if you are going in that area

Weekend with the boys

This house was newly redone and clean. We rented this house so we could be close to GulfStream Race Track. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room! This house suited our guys away for an extended weekend trip and would definitely book again. The owner was pleasant and easy to contact.
