This comfortable two-bedroom condo features a spacious Primary Bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two queen-size beds, comfortably accommodating families or groups. The cozy living room includes an electric fireplace, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the adjoining wet bar with a wine refrigerator makes entertaining easy. For your convenience, the condo also includes a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and hair dryers in each bathroom. Planning a day at the beach? Beach chairs, Beach towels, Koozies, and a small cooler are provided, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful South Carolina coast. This is a pet-friendly property for dogs up to 25 pounds. A $150 pet fee applies. Please notify our rental office in advance if you plan to bring your pet. Rules: Pets are not allowed on furniture. Free parking is available directly in front of the condo for your convenience.

ENHANCED CLEANING, DISINFECTION, AND SANITIZATION: Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees provide greater security, quality, and accountability. We do not utilize third-party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants, and personal protection equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, hygienic, and sanitized. A whole safe and private space just for you and your family. Our linens and terry are cleaned and sanitized at our commercial laundry.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation Travel Protection and qualifies under such program. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge 4.75% of the total reservation amount. Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner, for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
