Really nice home in Sandestin with a great little backyard! Home and yard were extremely clean. We had an issue with the AC and the manager was on it! The property manager was great and really checked on us until the issue was resolved. It was a simple fix and the home cooked down quickly. Great location and very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend again!

Every thing was bare bones . Only one pot with a lid so there was no cooking for the family possible. There were no extra towels . The bathroom tissue was poor quality . The shower head was not flexible or able to extend.I would not stay there again it was depressing. The atmosphere was distasteful.I cannot recommend it. The only positive was the air conditioning was very comfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that this home did not meet your expectations. For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify that this home is stocked with bath linens based on the maximum occupancy. For your reservation, we provided 16 bath towels, and the home is also equipped with a washer and dryer so towels can be laundered during longer stays. While extra towels are not included, we strive to provide an appropriate supply for each reservation. We appreciate you bringing the cookware to our attention. We will review the kitchen inventory to ensure it is adequately equipped for preparing family meals. The shower is equipped with a fixed shower head, which is the style installed in this home and is not designed to extend or detach. We're pleased to hear the air conditioning kept you comfortable during your stay. We value all guest feedback, as it helps us evaluate our homes and continue improving the guest experience. We wish you the very best in your future travels.
