Other Things to Note:

- No windows in this suite due to the building’s historic design.

- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows. - Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.

- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here during our trip to Nashville and really enjoyed everything. The building is within walking distance of so many things which was perfect. The building is very secure and clean along with the room. Would highly recommend this place!

We chose this based on the location and it was 10/10! It is steps away from everywhere youre going! There are no windows in the room so be prepared but it was great fo sleeping in! Everything you need and nothing more! We will definitely book again nect ti e.

Location Location Location and Quiet!

So glad we found this gem of a place… located a crawl away from Category 10 and Broadway. We stayed in the 2 person room… it’s almost like a dorm room but very comfortable and quiet. There were no windows but we just needed a place to sleep and shower! Perfect! Saved so much on Uber rides. This was a great find and we will be back!! Also really appreciated the management for letting us extend our stay when tornado warnings delayed our plans!!

Comfy, quiet, and steps away from everything!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. I love that you can walk right out the front door of the beautiful building and be steps away from everything! And, Brittany was a fabulous host. She gave us exact directions and details to the location, met us out front and showed us our room, made sure we knew where everything was and gave great suggestions for places to eat and visit! We would definitely stay again!

Great little spot

We had a blast in Nashville & we’re so happy we found this little hidden gem to stay in. Small room, similar to a hotel or interior cabin on a cruise ship. No windows/view but you can’t beat the location. We’ll be back
