The charming French doors open onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing lights from the palm trees complement romantic evenings. The bathroom features deep soaking tub and separate stall shower with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TV, ceiling fan, and fireplace.

Just steps from your villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Casita, Was perfect for two of us and in a good location to the pool and spa facility offers a lot of things such as a gym also.

Our February 2021 visit

This was our first time at legacy Villas. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The effort being put forth by the staff to make the facility open and safe was extraordinary. I want to commend the girls handling the pool reservations on Saturday 2/13/21,the grounds cleaning people who were wiping down all the pool surfaces, the security staff that were polite and professional while checking on the pools. Thank you for making our short trip wonderful. Scott Sliwinski
