About this property

Beautiful, Private, Quiet Island Property

We are on the quiet end of Lake Winnipesaukee. We have a fabulous deck, 3 bedrooms which sleep 6, and modern amenities such as Internet and Roku TV. Our place is great for fishing too! Please remember this is an island. There is no automobile access, you MUST HAVE YOUR OWN BOAT. The place is private, spacious inside and out, with stunning sunset views!! The dock has room for a 26' boat. A car parking space is reserved for your use at the Y-Landing Marina, along with a shared boat slip. As do all island homes, we pump domestic water from the lake for household use. At our house it is purified with a 3 stage filtration and UV system. This is not a rental property, this is our home, and we would love to have you visit!

Exceptional Island Rental in Great Location with Privacy

We rent here each summer. This year will be our 5th summer vacation on Pine Island. We have stayed at several Winnipesaukee rentals over the years and this property is the best of all of them. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Very private with no neighbors. Large, solid wooden dock for your boat and for swimming. Clear, deep water for dock jumping and swimming. Dock is protected from most wind/waves and boat traffic is relatively light. The camp is in great condition and is very clean. Upstairs bedroom and loft with large picture windows is best indoor feature. All appliances work well. TV/family area is great for those occasional rainy day movies and board games. The HUGE outside deck is amazing and we spend a lot of time there. Sunsets are amazing. Our 4 children love it here! Excellent for swimming, snorkeling, watersports and fishing from the dock for bass and white perch. Great close-by areas to troll for salmon and trout. We grill our catch here every summer. Access, docking, and parking at Y-landing has been very relaxed and simple for medium to smaller boats. Very pleasant staff and gas attendants. It is a classic northern lake experience while at the same time you can boat or drive a short distance for a night on the town in Center Harbor or Meredith. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Rental rate is very reasonable as compared to similar rental properties on Winnipesaukee. Can't wait for summer!

First time at the Lake - Wonderful!

We vacationed in Lake Winnipesaukee for the first time and had a wonderful time. This property was well maintained and was true to the description and pictures as shown. It was wonderful to not have to lug linens and towels; they were provided and were in good condition. Being it was our first time to the lake we heard that it can be like the ocean, meaning rough. I was nervous about that but found that where this cottage is located is actually a great spot. The water was not rough and was great for kayaking and tubing, waterskiing and kneeboarding! Also the sunsets were awesome. Loved, loved, the deck! I would highly recommend renting this property!
