Dorado Beach is an ultra-exclusive oceanfront resort on Puerto Rico’s northern coast, where pristine beaches and lush tropical forest surround the historic 50-acre Rockefeller estate. Within this serene sanctuary, our private estate feels secluded and a world apart, yet immersed in every delight Dorado Beach has to offer.

A Resort Within the Resort

Set inside the gated Dorado Beach East community, our estate offers the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of a custom-built luxury home, with the beach a short walk or golf-cart ride away. The estate comprises two homes, the Main House and the Guest House, and hosts one guest group at a time. For your dates, yours is the only reservation on the property.

The Main House (this listing)

A modern, single-story 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home of approximately 6,500 sq. ft., with sleek open-concept living and dining that flows onto outdoor terraces. High ceilings and glass walls bring in natural light and lush views. Enjoy a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, an inviting fire-pit lounge for evenings under the stars, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite, spa-style bathrooms, including indoor/outdoor showers. Your stay includes the resort-scale pool, hot tub, gardens, and three dedicated golf carts, never shared with another guest group.

Need more room? Add the 3-bedroom Guest House and two more golf carts to the same reservation for the full 8-bedroom, 9-bath estate, ideal for multi-generational families and group retreats.  Let us know.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Dorado Beach. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we needed while still feeling private and peaceful. The home's pool and hot tub were definitely a highlight!What truly set this property apart was the level of care from the hosts. They were extremely responsive, always available to answer questions, and clearly committed to providing a high-end, luxury experience for their guests. Every detail felt thoughtful and well considered.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a seamless and elevated stay in Dorado Beach.

(Legend has it, their golf cart serendipitously ran out of charge right in front of the very property that would become their future home – a sign from paradise!)
