The property is conveniently located just 18 miles (about a 30-minute drive) from downtown St. Louis, making it easy to enjoy the city’s restaurants, attractions, and entertainment while staying in a peaceful residential setting.
You will also be just minutes from downtown Belleville, where you can explore a variety of local restaurants, shops, bars, and the historic Lincoln Theatre.
For guests who enjoy the outdoors, the property is located near several parks and walking areas. Laderman Park is only about a 4-minute drive away, and there is a walking and biking trail in the neighborhood that is perfect for getting outside and enjoying the area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is at 12 pm. If you happen to leave earlier than 12 pm, please let me know.
Any late check-out, which has not been requested and approved will result in a late check-out fee of $200.
Before you leave, or the night before your departure please do the following:
- Please DO NOT strip the beds!
- Please place all used towels in the wash machine and start the load on “quick wash.”
- Lock all windows and doors.
- Turn off all lights.
