New 1 bedroom on Pensacola Beach

Super excited to welcome you to my new rental!Sabine Yacht Club is located about .5 mile away from restaurants, bars etc.The beach is across the street with a .2 mile walk to the Gulf. This unit is on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of Sabine Bay. I grew up on Pensacola Beach and am excited to share this piece of paradise with you! Amenities include 2 charcoal grills, pool, fitness area, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball and much more. One of a few buildings on the beach that is pet friendly. This property allows 2 well trained dogs under 25 lbs for a fee .Only house trained pets that are not disruptive welcome .Additionally there is also onsite laundry facility for your convenience.This unit boasts brand new sleeper sofa and king size bed. Come enjoy this piece of paradise , excited to share it with you!

We had an amazing stay at this pet friendly condo! The view of the bay was amazing, we even saw dolphins two mornings in a row! We had easy access to the elevators with very nice outdoor areas for our pup to do her business. The condo was beautifully decorated, we felt right at home and the bed was very comfortable! However, there is no washer and dryer in the unit (there are coin machines on the ground floor) and there is not direct access to the beach, you have to walk a little bit up the street to get access. These things didn't not affect our wonderful stay or our 5 star rating. I would highly recommend staying here, our small family didn't want to leave!

A dream

This condo was way more than we expected. It’s so beautiful decorated the minute you step in you take a deep breath. They really put in so much detail into the place beyond decor which again was beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with condiments and coffee pods & creamer. Keurig, toaster and blender all available even cutting boards. Extra toiletries and candles also available along with books to read. You forgot your chairs and beach bag no problem all available! The bed 10 out of 10. Now let’s get to the view of the bay the balcony is very large with lots of seating areas access from the bedroom and living room. Very calm and peaceful stay will definitely stay here again if not every time!
