Condo was in excellent condition, clean rooms. pool areas was amazing, beach was walking distance. make sue to bring umbrellas and chairs for beach setup.

Overall the room was great. Beautiful views, right on the beach, great air conditioning. The only things we noticed was that the May review regarding mold in the kitchen vent hadn’t been addressed, but we mentioned it and it was cleaned within an hour. Just a heads up, the washer and dryer are not in the unit, which we have had each time we’ve rented at different locations in Destin, so we weren’t prepared, since it said it was a popular amenity. However, for 2 a wash and 2 a dry, both are on property, 1 to share per floor. I will say it never looked busy and if you are prepared it won’t be an issue. We’d definitely stay again.

The place was decent but the pictures definitely were better than reality. The bathrooms are outdated and there was mold (what appears to be mold) in the vent in the kitchen. Living room tv did not have Netflix, etc.. Chairs on the balcony were worn down from the sun it appeared.Everything else was great and the resort itself was great. We enjoyed our stay and the process was very easy. The location was really good too as we were able to access the pools and beach with ease and get around town no problem. The host was very good at communication and made the check-in/checkout process very smooth.
