Situated in one of the most convenient & pleasant residential areas right in central Austin with quick and easy direct access to the heart of downtown (10 minutes to heart of downtown and 5 minutes to University of Texas campus, by bus or car).

The apt. is on the second floor of home and has its own private entrance and roof deck with view of downtown, the UT Tower, great sunsets, and the Hancock and Hyde Park neighborhood.

Bedroom has its own private bath crafted in marble and granite. There is a private kitchenette area for use.

Has a large flat-screen TV, .Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, CD/DVD player, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Netflix and free WiFi.

It has a superb view of the golf course from the front room window and the roof deck.

Cozy stay in Austin

Enjoyed our time in Austin, the room is very clean with good amenities; large TV, a nice balcony/roof deck area. The snacks/drinks were a nice touch too! CJ lives down stairs however he was very respectful of our privacy while we stayed for 3 nights and was easy to reach when I had a question. Overall would recommend!

Excellent property

Just returned from a stay at this property and everything was excellent. The location couldn’t have been any better for us, easily accessible to where we needed to be by walking or using the bus which stops right outside. The room itself was exactly as described, we had everything we needed and more and the property was spotlessly clean. Excellent communication from the host and everything was so easy from start to finish. If we’re ever back in Austin we will stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone considering a stay.

Our stay at this property was perfectly relaxing, comfortable, very clean and quiet. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and easy to get downtown quickly. The owner had left slippers, robes, and drinks in the fridge, also coffee, teas, snacks, and extra bathroom supplies such as good quality soaps and shampoos. All these extras were my favorite part. The bed was super comfortable. More than enough closet space. It Felt like home away from home. The owner was attentive and responsive helping us get luggage up the steps to questions we had… We will be returning in the winter to escape the cold east coast. Can’t wait to return.

This place has it all!!! Anything I could think of was available to me and my girlfriend. It's located in a nice neighborhood really close to campus and downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Our stay was wonderful! Its location is walking distance to a grocery store and a quick drive/ride share/bus to everything you want to see in Austin. The large rooftop patio is amazing and we used it every night. The air conditioning made it nice and cool when it was so hot outside. The multi jets on the shower and robes and slippers made us feel like we were in a fancy hotel. The only drawbacks were that the pullout bed wasn’t very comfortable after sleeping in it for 7 nights.

Great place to stay

Clean, quiet, convenient. Great little spot to stay, not giant, but perfect for a weekend away in Austin. Centrally located with easy access to bus and scooters are abundant in the area, seemed to be an $8 max uber to just about anywhere we wanted to go. CJ provided lots of extras to make staying more enjoyable (robes, slippers, snacks, etc). The rooftop deck is a great addition to an already good stay. My only problem was I wish the bed was more comfortable. :(

Can't beat the location just north of the UT campus and across from a beautiful public golf course in Hyde Park. Because of the great area between MoPac and I-35, we were able to quickly get anywhere in central Austin, (and beyond if you're more adventurous). Warm sunlit room, romantic sunset views, modern bath and amenities, and so close to local transportation (if you need it). Loved it!

Would give 4.5 stars, only because it is loud in the area with traffic.

CJ is extremely friendly and accommodating. He answers any questions promptly, and has a great set up. When we arrived, there were instructions laid out for everything in the apartment. The bathroom was very nice. Entire apt very modern including electronic locks/key pad, dimming switches, etc. CJ provides snacks, as well as coffee and a little alcohol complimentary. There is a great deck area as well. Note -- hot tub is not for guest use. The area is decent -- there is a 1.15 mile square block golf course across the street that has a nice trail for running. It is 1.5 miles from campus... it is walkable or an easy Uber/Lyft (people seem to like Lyft or a local ride share service that they have over Lyft). Overall great spot, but a decent amount of loud traffic noise.

So perfect!

Place is perfect. Was stocked with beer coffee. Blackout blinds and a gigantic TV. Lounging deck on the roof you can see downtown from, and across the street from a golf course. Grocery store a few blocks away. Stop at Mary's for breakfast and walk through campus to get downtown if you have time! Great spot, definitely want to come back!

Ideal apartment

The apartment was ideal for a week spent working at the LBJ Library on the UT campus, just 15 minutes walk away, and with the centre of Austin not far beyond. Clean and light apartment, with a roof terrace to catch the late afternoon sun. CJ made the process of booking, arrival and departure all very straightforward. I would have no hesitation to recommend.

Great Place for a Visit to Austin

CJ is the perfect host and this is a great place for a weekend getaway or a place to stay while working. Just 2 lights from the UT campus or 5 lights from the Capital the location is great. Sits right across the street from Historic Hancock Golf Course and plenty of jogging/walking paths. Will definitely be staying there again!!
