Super cute, very affordable, and easily accessible to so many attractions and restaurants in the Pensacola metro. We thoroughly enjoyed the hammock and outdoor setup! Also loved being able to bring our fur babies on vacation with us!

Very clean and quiet. Unique outdoor patio area, great for enjoying rain storms. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Check in was easy and our host communicated with us perfectly leading up to our stay. The property was very conveniently located. The home had a wonderful outdoor space and we thoroughly enjoyed the Florida room (screened in porch). The kitchen was very functional and the living space was comfortable. The game room was a pleasant bonus. We would definitely recommend this property. Especially for anyone visiting NAS.

We will not be staying here again...bedding had several hairs on pillows as if bedding had not been changed (one even had blood on it), outdoor trash cans were full and one had maggots all over it, found a dead cockroach inside and a huge living one on the back porch, weeds were overgrown around firepit and bbq area. The house itself was decent inside (the neighborhood is not the best) and there were beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use which was nice. The maintenance and housekeeping are however lacking which was a huge dissapointment for my family.

This falls short of the standards we set for our property, and I regret that your experience was impacted as a result. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have been glad to promptly provide fresh linens and address the matter immediately. Please be assured that I have spoken directly with both our cleaning staff and lawn service to ensure these issues are resolved and do not occur again. As a gesture of goodwill, I would like to offer a refund of the cleaning fee in recognition of the inconvenience caused. We greatly value your feedback and understanding, and I hope you will allow us the opportunity to host you again in the future on your next visit to Pensacola.
