Enjoy a Breckenridge vacation at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ski-in condo. Located just one block from historic Main Street and 20 yards from the bottom of Four O'clock run, you are surrounded by everything.

This spacious condo is complete with stunning views overlooking Park Avenue from the private deck and is newly remodeled with custom tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and custom bathrooms. At this Sawmill Creek condo, take a dip in the two indoor hot tubs, utilize the shared grills and get to park in a covered parking space. Just outside the complex is the nearest bus to take you to your next skiing destination. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay. Additional amenities include Free WiFi, covered parking and in-unit washer/dryer.

This was a great location for me and my kids ski trip. The gondula was a 5 minute walk and 4 o'clock ski run ends in the parking lot. The only negative was the shower runs out of hot water pretty quick.

Great location

The condo was clean, the living room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was great. The kitchen had nice appliances and had the basics needed for cooking meals. It could use some updating, the beds were not the most comfortable and the hot water ran out pretty quickly. The check in process was not as easy as many VRBOs we have stayed in, having to pick up and drop off key at alternate location is inconvenient.

Overall the condo worked well for us. It was clean and well maintained. The location to town was perfect and a very easy shuttle ride to the lift. You can even walk to pick up your ski rentals at Lone Star Sports across the street. Only complaints: The unit has had some updates but could use a few more. The bathroom in the second bedroom is tiny, and one of the beds squeaked a lot every time you slightly moved. The listing says there is a DVD player but we never found it. All minor for us, but keeps it from getting a 5, we’d stay again for the right price.

Perfect location

We stayed with our 4 college/young adult children during the holiday week between Christmas and New Years. The condo was plenty spacious enough to accommodate all 6 of us. The bedroom with two beds was a bit more crowded but we were able to unpack and shift things around to be very comfortable. The kitchen has a big counter for food prep and we ate most meals in. The location was fantastic. The shuttle to the gondola is right across the street and you can ski home. It was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. No car required. My only complaint is that the hot water was either scalding or cold and there only seemed to be enough hot water for 1 1/2 showers. On the second day, I did send an email to Great Western Lodging to see if anything could be done about it, but I got no response. Kind of disappointing. That one issue aside, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Convenient not comfortable

My biggest issue is hot water, we had four family members and timing of showers has to be spread out in order to avoid a cold shower. Which I was honored with several times. The heat is very hard to modulate and seemed to have a mind of its own, getting very hot during the evening even after turning down the thermostat. The bedding needs to be update, springs are ever present and if two people sleep on the queen bed, they will end up in the middle. My wife ended up sleeping on the sofa to avoid the. Other irritating features, keys have to be picked up and dropped off at a separate location and the cleaning crew starts knocking on the door at 8:00am the day of check out, if you had six adults staying - you are only allowed one vehicle for parking, and the recliner that is shown in the cover photo doesn't recline.

Todo estubo muy bien solo q si hizo un poco de calor por la noche si eres como yo que te gusta el frio lleva un abanico pero todo lo demás espectacular nosotros somos mexicanos y ahi hacia falta un comal para calentar tortillas y un poco mas de sartenes grandes, después de esto es perfecto 👌 100% recomendados...

Great location, Light on Basics

4.5 stars Pros: We loved this location! Cons: We were on the second floor and the people above us were super loud at all hours. It would be great to have more than 4 towels in the unit. We cooked breakfast each morning and a griddle would have been a huge bonus. Overall we had an excellent time. Thank you!

Great location

We rent a lot of VRBO properties. We loved the location of this one at the bottom of the four o’clock run and how close it is to Main St. We also loved the fireplace, was easy and convenient and warm! I know you can’t control who stays in the unit above, but during our stay, it was a herd of elephants. The ceilings are so thin and we could hear their every move, especially at 2am. None of us slept very well. The heat was also quite antiquated and hard to regulate. Overall, location was key for this trip, and the covered garage was nice too. I will be very careful not to rent another unit with other units above ever again. Thank you!

Quiet and Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Parts of the condo are a little dated but for the money and the location, you can't do better. We walked to Main St. often to eat and shop and nearby towns of Frisco and Keystone have great family activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The location is fantastic. So easy to walk to everything. The condo itself is ok. Very cheaply made. Walls thin and anytime the people above you walk across the floor, you will definitely hear it. Our bathroom was beyond tiny. Even getting off the toilet usually resulted in banging my shoulder on the towel rack. Would I stay here again? Sure. The price was very good and these other points are just annoyances.

Great location

Awesome, friendly bike shop across street to rent bikes. Walk to shops of Breckenridge. Stream runs through the property. Plenty of space in condo for our family of 4. Well appointed kitchen. City market just down street. Made our own meals.

Wonderful family trip

We loved our stay in this condo! Great location, couldn’t ask for better area for walking. Stocked kitchen made cooking easy, space for the kiddos to color and craft when stuck inside! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!
