Cozy 1-bedroom studio with WiFi, AC in fantastic Phoenix, minutes from downtown

Your cozy getaway awaits in Phoenix at this wonderful guest suite. The space is completely private with its own private entrance and no shared spaces so that you can enjoy your time.

This charming, recently renovated private living space features 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the serene bathroom with a shower and hair dryer provided. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer, your stay will be excellent.

The private space shares a block wall with the main house. The
kitchen-style setup has a petit, running water sink, a microwave,
double hot plate, 3/4 fridge, toaster oven and all the tools you may
need to make a lovely meal. Beautiful cabinets and counters keep
the space feeling clean and minimalist. Across from the kitchen is
a full-sized sofa bed for guests to admire your cooking
skills. Next to this wonderful kitchen set up is your versatile sleep
space-The smart TV presents itself at the foot of the bed. Enjoy
and decompress as your favorite show allows you to drift off into
slumber at the foot of your bed. Leading off your unit is a full
bathroom with shower, toilet and pedestal sink. In addition, there
is a laundry room.

There's access from the driveway to a private entrance and patio to access the unit. There is also a sliding door that accesses the back patio and back yard, and upon
hosts approval are welcome to have a cage contained bonfire. It's
super fun in the fall/winter times.

I am a pianist and rehearse with clients from 8:00 pm-11:0 pm on
Tuesdays only.
