Super clean place, just the right size for us. Not too far of a walk to the beach. Only a couple blocks. Loved how close City Taco was to the house. Amazing tacos, great breakfast too and dog friendly. Nice family vibe and close to the dog beach too which was great for the pups.

The house was very clean and included all the necessities for a cozy and relaxing stay. The kitchen was outfitted with all the best amenities, appliances, and lighting. The location was ideal. There was plenty of on street parking out front, but the traffic noise during rush hour was a surprise.

It’s a very cute house, very clean, and was perfect for our girl’s get away. Great location. Close to beaches, and walk distance to places to eat. It’s on a street that is busy at certain times of the day but when you go inside the property’s fencing, it is like your own special place.

Cute little front unit beach cottage in OB

Stayed for location to events nearby, and this was a cute stay! The front yard is truly so wonderful!! Fenced in and private from the busier street in front of the house. The flower vines were so pretty also! The kitchen was stacked well and the washer dryer access was nice! In the shared area and deck with the other unit. Communication of something came up was really fast and nice!

We had a great stay at the this house in OB. Location was perfectly placed within the OB area and made it easy to get to lots of different places within San Diego quickly. The property is shared with another small house, and the outside space is shared, so something to think about. The home is right on the road, so road noise can be loud, but not terrible. No central AC, so bedrooms can be warm but there is a mini split, that does a good job at keeping the living room and kitchen area cool. The home is nice, but has some areas for improvement. Overall, this home was great and would stay here again with my family.

The house itself was great! A bit noisy due to location, but walking distance to it all! It was comfortable, decorated really nicely, and homey. Here’s the downfall. There was a miscommunication between the host and the cleaning service about my stay. When I arrived, the house was very dirty and had not been cleaned from previous tenants. Not to mention, it took my own initiation to the host to obtain the door code (had to try more than once, as the wrong code was given at first). After traveling all day from Arizona, this was not an ideal start to my vacation. The good news- the host was extremely apologetic and offered a discount, and called the cleaning staff to come right away. I had to leave the house for another few hours before I returned so it could be cleaned. The house was cleaned upon return, but you could tell it was slightly rushed- no biggie. After the arrival fiasco, I had a great stay at this property- only complaint was the WiFi was not working so I had to use my personal hotspot most of the stay. Listen, I would absolutely give this home another chance and stay here again- I do believe my experience was a one off. But I had to leave an honest review of the inconveniences I experienced.

We had an amazing stay. The host went beyond our expectations and felt very welcomed. Our trip was to spend it at Sea World and this location was absolutely perfect for our family. Had all the amenities needed to feel right at home.
