PET-FRIENDLY - Twilight Cabin a Unique Waterfront Log Cabin



*Pet fee is 100 per stay.

This a very special cabin built by a master craftsman with logs from our property. It has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and AC. It has normal heating system and a wonderful stone fireplace for pleasure. The cabin comes will all the modern amenities. There is WiFi. There is a swimming pond and row boat just steps outside the cabin. There is a fire pit. There is a charcoal barbecue grill The cabin is an open great room with a Queen bed, a Queen sofa bed and a day bed that opens into two twin beds. The cabin is great for a couple or a family of 4.
The cabin is only a few minutes to some great skiing at Gore Mountain, swimming at Minerva Lake or Thirteenth Lake. Whitewater rafting at the Hudson is only a few minutes and shopping and dining at North Creek is only 2 miles from us. Lake George is about 25 minutes.
There is a 4 bedroom Log House across from the pond which can sleep 10 people along with a 2 bedroom guest house that can sleep another 8 people.

The cabin was perfect. The sandy pond access for paddle boats and canoes is on someone else’s front yard, from the pictures I kind of expected that sandy water access would be ours but other than that the place was exceptional.

There are two spots on the property where there are two row boats. The one next to this cabin is about 30 feet to the left of the cabin in front of a shed.

The cabin itself was charming and quaint. My husband was quite pleased, however, he could not sleep on the hard bed with his bad back, so we only stayed one night, instead of 2.

The mattress is 6 months old and our guests love it. The husband of this guest could have used another bed in the cabin but chose not to.

If you need a reset this is the place to go! Peaceful, not a sound but birds and the stream. The cabin is beautiful and clean. So close to Gore mountain and the town. Will definitely be back

It was a great stay! The queen matteress needs to be replaced. It sloped down towards the floor on the one side... It was squished down as if that was the spot everyone sits. There was no paddle boat that was shown in the pics however, there was a canoe.There is a creek near the cabin that is almost completely surrounded by trees and shaded so we didn't utilize it because there were a lot of bugs.Overall we were very happy with the stay!

Excellent property! Kitchen was phenomenal, the cabin itself was beautiful (especially the fireplace) and the location in the woods was serene. The only complaint would be a lack of storage for belongings while you are staying, but that was managable. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful cabin

We had a nice stay at the cabin in the woods. It was a perfect place for us to stay while exploring the area. We enjoyed looking over the pond and listening to the stream that runs behind the cabin.
