Property is ideally located in the Montrose neighborhood. It is a large property with 3 king sized rooms and 2 1/2 baths and generous living areas. The property itself is not in great condition, but the location and value still made it worthwhile.

The property is in the ideal location. Easy access to the Montrose and all the bars and restaurants. The cleanliness was lacking. There were roaches in one of bedrooms and there were ants in the hall bath. They did offer to come spray, but we were busy all day and didn't see their reply until late in the afternoon.
