RNTL029840-2024 "Welcome to Herons Nest" in the beach city of Encinitas. This newly renovated private guest suite/studio for two (Separate/Private entrance) is perched atop our home. Micro/Fridge/Keurig Coffee, Queen Casper Nova Bed, Living area with smart TV, lovely bathroom & elevated porch with chairs. The location is 1.0 walk to Beacon's Beach, or 1.8 mile by car. We attract local and migratory wild birds with feed & water. Central to all of Encinitas & public trans. No EV-charging.
The space
Guests will have total privacy inside this spacious studio. Guests have access to a kitchenette and bathroom. No areas are shared with hosts. No shared walls with hosts. Enjoy a private balcony with coffee table, or take a (1.0 mile) walk to the Beacon's Beach for outdoor enjoyment. Indoors relax in this light and airy space or watch some TV. Note the space does not have a washer or dryer, but there is a laundromat close by.

We have a dedicated parking spot for one car. Should you have a second car, free parking is available on the street.
