The space
•Guests will need to be physically capable to walk up one flight of stairs

•There is a full size kitchen with the exception of a dishwasher
•Flexible check-in/out policy depending on housekeeper's schedule and other guest bookings. Just ask about this closer to your booking date. We aim to honor early check-in and late check-out requests if they are possible...but not guaranteed..

Guest access
•The entire home with the exception of the garage is included in this rental, please make yourself at home.
•There is both a propane grill and a BBQ smoker available for use. Bring your own charcoal if you intend on using the smoker.

Other things to note
•Please remember, you are staying in our home, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take appropriate action as soon as possible and even address the issue ourselves if able. Note that there is no housekeeper or anyone living on site. Llano is a sleepy tiny town… getting a repair man and the like are hard to come by on a moment’s notice. We will do whatever we can (within reason) to remedy any unfortunate circumstances.
