Easy access for ATV and snowmobile trails, and public boat launch located 0.4 miles down the road. Conveniently located 20 minutes North of Caribou, and 30 minutes South of Fort Kent - this property's central location offers great access to all of the areas dining and recreation offerings!

Please be advised that this property does have 1 exterior security camera in the area of the front entry/garage door. The camera records video but does not record sound.
