I stayed there with my roller derby team for a tournament up in Caribou and we couldn't have found a better spot for what we needed! Melissa was available and quick to respond when we needed assistance, check in and check out was easy, the place was so charming and beautiful. Our only regret was that it was too cold out for us to enjoy everything the wonderful property hard to offer!

Very large home with lots of history. The location was central to all that the very northern part of Maine has to offer. The host was great at communicating and even recommended places to go. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay it was very clean and comfortable. The house is beautiful with plenty of space to gather family inside. Plus a beautiful back yard with room for outdoor play.
This was a very spacious well stocked and accommodating home.Inside and out fit our large group with wide verity of interests all met.Great communication so much fun we will be back.4 wheeler trails right accross the street. Convenient store just down riad and lots of activities within 12 miles.
This is a dream for anyone looking to stay in a charming, old farm house. The grounds were lovely with a view and an amazing night sky. We stayed with older kids and our dog. There was ample space and the check in and out process was simple. We had a hiccup upon arrival, but the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The communication was fantastic.
Great stay overallCouch needs to be repaired It was the only thing that we noticed

Thank you for letting us host you! We have replaced the couch and appreciate the feed back on your stay. We are always opened for suggestions and new ideas. Hope to see you in the future!
Host was very easy to contact. House was good. Unfortunately it was extremely cold outside ( -20 with wind) this weekend and it took a long time for house to warm up. We loved the space and enjoyed playing some games that were there. The internet was out so we were not able to watch tv. Over all we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Great location great cost. Water was hot. House was Well stocked. Som things need maintenance.shower door down stairs bathroom hard to move. We were told at the Webb site that the key was under the mat. We rolled in after dark could not find a key under the mat. Finally after awhile some one answers the ring doorbell and told us the combo. We hope to come back next year with another group of freinds to visit are freinds who live on the lake. Thanks

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is out of the way enough to enjoy town convence but still enjoy what country living is all about. The home is in the center of all the major towns and lakes in Northern Maine. Most events, festivals, and activities are within 30 to 60 mins away with beautiful scenery.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a very unique home in many ways. This home and property was built by Swedish ancestry. The town was established in the 1800's in which the home was built in 1899/1900. The top floor of the home was constructed in 1910 Anders Trone and the help of his son Arthur. Mr. Anders arrived here from Sweden 11 August 1888.
