Comfortable and quiet house on North Shore at Madawaska Lake in Northern Maine.
Location is 20 miles north of Caribou, Maine, where golf course, ski trails, groceries, movie theaters, tennis courts, coffee shops, and restaurants can be found.

All bedrooms are located on second floor . Kitchen is very well stocked and nice big living/eating area overlooks the lake.

The property is ideally located and can easily accommodate many guests. The scenery of Northern Maine is beautiful, and the friendliness of the people who live here will make you want to return year after year .

What makes this property unique

Summer on the lake is a great time for swimming,paddelboarding, water skiing, fishing, sailing, canoeing and wildlife viewing.
The fall is absolutely breathtaking. Many enjoy ATV access.
The area is well-known for its winter activities of snowmobiling, ice fishing , snowshoeing and, of course, alpine and cross-country skiing.
We are located at the heart of snowmobiling trails ITS83, right off Route 161 North.
