Two fully equipped kitchens with large dining tables (one downstairs and one upstairs) made it great for a large family gathering. Great outdoor space with open deck upstairs (with ocean view) and covered deck downstairs. Short walk to the ocean with beach access directly across the road.

Wow ! We have stayed in many houses on then island , but this one takes the cake . Two well appointed kitchens ,Two living rooms , 6 bedrooms , plenty of tvs , games , and beautiful wrap around porches . Five stars !!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, and it was in an excellent location with easy beach access! Even not being beach front, you still had a beautiful view and a short walk to get to the beach. Even the yard was beautiful and it was nice for the kids to have room to play after a day on the beach. We loved having the outdoor shower and rinse station at the back of the house for when we returned from the beach with all of our sandy gear. Lots of extras were available that were not originally in the listing including several beach towels. Both kitchens were stocked with kitchen essentials which made preparing meals for our large group easy. Extra cots were available for added sleeping arrangements. The only issue we had was with palmetto bugs—which, when in Florida you will definitely encounter them, but I would probably urge a pest control visit just to help as it wasn’t just a single encounter. The upstairs ice maker was an added bonus, but it desperately needs a deep cleaning. We used the ice for our coolers, but it was not usable to put in a drink. I would highly recommend this house and this location, and we would gladly return for repeat visits. Check in and check out procedures were flawless and easy. The company was friendly and welcoming. We’re so grateful for our time in Amelia. It was wonderful!

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was super close to the beach and had great views, especially from the upstairs living room and deck. Home was clean and was furnished with everything we could need. One upstairs chair didn't recline, but that was no issue at all. Beds were very comfortable, but some of the pillows could use updating. Overall, this was an amazing rental and we had a great time. We will definitely love to come back.

Beautiful home and perfect for our large family! It’s like a home on a home! 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, downstairs 4 BR, 2BA, upstairs 2 BR, 2BA. Nice outdoor spaces! Beautiful beach view upstairs! Easy walk across the street to the beach. Close to downtown and other places to eat. Highly recommend! Pricey but worth it once in awhile . Rental company very easy to work with and informative!
