Convenient GROUND FLOOR...2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom. Beach Service for 4 Included!

Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. The community has just finished numerous updates. Come see all the great things Maravilla has to offer!

Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is on the ground floor of building #3 alongside the entrance drive, facing west, with a patio outside both the living area and master bedroom from which you can see the Gulf. You are just steps to the marked and lighted crosswalk to our private, gated beach entrance where you will find our new beach ramp for easy access to the glorious white sand beach! There is a boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking and biking. On-site beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) is included with your rental mid-March thru October, an exceptional value!

This updated 1st floor unit has modern woodgrain style tile floors throughout. The spacious, completely updated kitchen provides the convenience of home. For your comfort, both bedrooms contain premium King size pillow-top mattresses. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs. The Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with glass door. The second bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway or second bedroom and includes a bathtub and shower combo.

The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator, Whirlpool smooth-top electric range and Whirlpool microwave. It also comes with all your basic essentials including a Keurig Duo coffee maker! There is a dining table with seating for six and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. Our living area has a 48' smart TV for when you decide to come in from the beach! High-speed wireless internet is included - free - as well as DIRECTV on all TVs.

The in-unit laundry room features full size front-loading Samsung washing machine and dryer. We also provide an iron with an ironing board. And, plenty of beach toys for the children, or children at heart:)

We welcome you to experience our condo and take in the many local restaurants, shopping, and best of all the beautiful white sand beaches!

Our property is equipped with a keyless programmable keypad lock. A unique door code will be issued for your stay and will expire upon check out.

Please note: There is no overnight parking of boats, RV's, or trailers allowed at Maravilla. The rental of two or three wheeled scooters is prohibited, however Golf Cart rentals are now allowed at Maravilla. Our excellent beach service team, La Dolce Vita (LDV), even offers on-site rental options.

Great first floor confo

The condo was roomy and very clean. Only a short walk to beach. Easy walk to Pomano Joes and Captain Dave’s. Great location… we always stay in Mimimar Beach area!

Short walk to the beach, quiet and very clean.

My friends and I very much enjoyed the condo. It was immaculate had all the accommodations that we look for. Very quiet and family friendly.Definitely will come back and hope to stay at your condo.

The only way to stay!

We could not have been more happy with this place. Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly. Location to the perfect sandy beach could not have been better. Will definitely be back!

Second Time Back

Love the first level and being able to walk right out the back door and out to the beach which is just a short walk away! Very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back for a third time and more!

Wonderful condo with great amenities

This is our second time staying in this condo and we love it. We have been coming to Maravilla for close to 20 years and have stayed at many condos and this is one of our favorites. Very clean and the owners are wonderful to work with. We will be back next year!

Beautiful & great proximity to the beach!

The condo was beautiful! We have been vacationing in the Destin area for several years and this condo was the best we have stayed in. Newly updated and the 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect! We always try and reserve a condo with beach service and with 2 sets of chairs and 2 umbrellas this year, well for our family, it was heaven😊 We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again! Beautiful property in a great location!! Had a blast.

Nicely furnished condo with lots of great beach toys! Very nice beds (a HUGE bonus) and new flooring. Having nice finish out in a place you're staying for a week makes the stay that much more pleasant. Only reason not 5 stars is because the wifi was sloooowwww. Putting 4 kids in a confined space with slow wifi makes for some grumpy moments.

Piece of paradise

Richard and Lisa are amazing. Their condo is pretty, very clean, neat and has much more than we could need. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the pristine and private beach. The beach service with two sets of chair and umbrella were already set for us every morning before our arrival to the beach. The beddings and the towels are 5-star hotel quality. There were cleaning and laundry products. The condo amenities are gorgeous and very well taken care. We had a wonderful time there and will be back for sure!

Spacious, clean and wonderful condo - so close to the beach!

This was our first time to the Destin area and we could not have booked a better spot! This unit was more than we expected. Very spacious, very clean with a well appointed kitchen and even sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs etc.( that was a bonus - we had brought out own, but didn't even use them) Both bedrooms with large with comfortable king size beds with awesome, soft bedding and a nice TV in each room. I loved that we could bring our 2 dogs on our vacation with us. Having the unit on the ground floor made easy access to take the dogs out and to start our very short walk to the beach. Miramar is such a beautiful beach - the water was clear and the sand so soft and just a quick drive into Destin if we wanted a bit more activity/action. In the evenings we enjoyed the hot-tubs and swimming in the heated pool. We will definitely come back to this area and this will be our chosen unit for our next vacation. Already looking at the calendar to figure out dates.

Fantastic, Clean, Updated

You rent a place, you rent a good place, then you rent a GREAT place, which is this one! The condo was clean when we got there. Not the gritty sandy beach clean that we have had in the past. A true clean. Floor, counters, showers, bath, bedrooms, all of it! It has been updated and has been done nicely. I can't think of a single disappointment. The mattresses were comfortable. I wasn't sleeping in an indentation for a week, nothing too firm or too soft, Perfect. The private beach is across the street and is gated. A 2 minute walk. No riff raff, no tent/canopy people to block your view. The beach attendants are great too. My only fuss with the beach was waiting in a line in the morning to get your chairs/umbrellas for the day. The beach attendants check you in, take you to some chairs and umbrellas and those are yours for the day. There were extras: 2 regular chairs to bring out to the beach, there were kids beach toys in the closet, and some grilling accessories. When we come back to Destin in a couple years, I'll definitely be booking here again.

Ideal

This property was perfect! This ground floor condo was amazing! My son, who has not been walking very long, wanted to walk outside every morning. With our location we were able to walk out on the patio and go straight to the beach every morning for the sun rise. It was great to walk to the beach everyday, any time of day. The condo was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was close enough to restaurants that we didn’t feel like we were constantly in the car. We would stay here again any time we want to go to the beach!

This was our favorite condo in Miramar!

Our family had a fantastic vacation in Miramar/Destin! We have stayed in Miramar 4 times and this was the best condo we have stayed in to date. Beautifully renovated unit with everything anyone would need for a beach vacation! Very convenient 1st floor location with short walk to beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas included was an added bonus! Owners were very helpful and responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay in this unit again! 5 stars! Thanks again!

Excellent getaway

This condo was clean, updated, fully stocked, conveniently close to the beach and activities, and the property managers were good at communicating quickly to questions or concerns. We actually ended up staying in the condo more than expected due to rain on our vacation, but luckily, there were board games, cards, and wi-fi to entertain us through the showers. I loved the maravilla complex, which had private beach access, pools, hot tub, grills, basketball, and tennis courts. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

I was so impressed with our stay at Rich’s place! The condo is up to date, the beds are comfortable, you have everything you need at your finger tips, and location to the beach is perfect! We loved that this condo was on ground level and steps away from the beach! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back another time!

Fantastic!!

This place was awesome! We came with our 2 kids, (5 & 11). There was plenty of sand toys for the little one and the condo was a close walk to the beach every day. The beach chairs and umbrellas made it possible to spend as much time on the beach as we could. The condo was equipped with everything you could want. Great communication with the owner during the potential tropical storm. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect condo for a family getaway!

My family and I recently had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was wonderful! It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable week at the beach. Love the fact that the beach umbrella rental is included. 1st floor location was very convenient for the short walk to the beach. Owners were nice and responsive. Great overall experience. Highly recommend!

We have been vacationing at Maravilla since 2001. The area is dear to hearts, as this is where we got engaged! We are sure you will fall in love with the area also. Maravilla is a wonderful family friendly and relaxing condominium community. This resort complex is unique in that there is a lot of green space for kids to play. With its nearby restaurants, shopping and beautiful white sand beaches this is a excellent location that is central to all of the Destin area!
