Nestled in the woods, this 4 bedroom beach access home boasts an open-concept kitchen/living room, sun deck and a cozy screened-in sun porch for day or nighttime activities. Enjoy family fun playing ping-pong or a quiet evening star gazing. Suissevale is a private community with an amazing beach on an island accessed by a quaint foot bridge. Amenities include tennis and basketball courts, playground, volleyball, picnic tables and fireplaces. WiFi available at the home, beach and clubhouse.

Guests supply their own towels, linens, toiletries, paper goods. Garbage bags and dishwasher detergent supplied--use the "light" cycle.

Bag all trash/recyclables. Place them in containers in the basement. It will be picked up at the end of your stay. Bags are under kitchen sink.

Do not leave food on the sunporch as it will attract animals. Leave glider cushions in house, lock doors/windows, draw shades/blinds when you depart.
