My family enjoyed this property. The home was very comfortable and located in a peaceful location near abundance of outdoor recreation. My family was thrilled with our visit to Diane's Baths near North Conway, NH. This was a unique cascading stream creating pools of water for swimming and bathing. Walter Nugent was an outstanding host, answering all text and e-mail messages promptly.

A Perfect Place to Unwind

I booked this house for the days leading up to my good friend's wedding, and I am so thankful that I did! It was perfect for connecting with each other and celebrating our friend before she got married. The screened in porch was the perfect location to prep and pack wedding favors, for the bride to spend a quiet moment and finalize her vows and for the maid-of-honor to prepare her speech. We spent a lot of time on the beach, just a few minutes away from the house - close enough to be able to run back quickly if we needed more sunscreen or hydration! The host was wonderful and flexible to coordinate with! Should we ever find ourself in the area again, we know where we'll be staying!

I also use this as my vacation house. It is too beautiful to keep to myself. It is a gem tucked away yet extremely close to the lake. I have rented in the past with my children prior to purchasing this house and the memories are tremendous.

Why they chose this property

Very quiet at the house yet great neighborhood to walk through. A very safe area with a typically quiet beach and boat ramp 1/4 mile from the house.

What makes this property unique

I don't think there are any properties that are over 2 acres that are as close as I am to the water. I feel like I am in the middle of the woods yet short walking distance to the lake!
