A pleasant stay

Our stay at Michelle and Joe’s place was a pleasant one. The house is just as pictured and was very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed being able to use the community amenities such as the pool and game room. Just be aware that the pool/community center/crab pier, etc. isn’t something you can quickly walk to. It required us to jump in the car and drive a street over to the other side of the development. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us at all, but isn’t spelled out on the listing. We also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio for dinner or after a day out. Our daughter enjoyed using the Pac-Man and we loved that there was a second living room upstairs. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer present. The house is located just a short drive away from OCMD, Berlin and Assateague, all of which we visited during our stay. Michelle and Joe were fairly prompt with their communications back and forth with any questions I had. We did have to check out a night early due to unforeseen circumstances with the house, however Michelle and Joe were very understanding and we were reimbursed promptly for the lost night. I appreciated their response to this matter. Overall, we had a great stay and I wish them all the best with future renters!

We chose the Landings at Bayside for the ease of access to Assateague, downtown Ocean City, Berlin Main St, the "coolest small town in America", and the waterfront amenities the community offers.

What makes this property unique

This home is spacious and open, furnished beautifully, backs to woods, yet located within a few miles of a marina, restaurants, parks, downtown OC & Berlin.
