The apartment is located on the 1st floor (in a building which contains 4 apartments in total) , it is well lighted as it has big windows/glass doors so you will have a wonderful view over the entire place. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed for 2 people and a sofa in the living room which can be opened up so there are 2 extra sleeping spaces. It is 7 km (4 miles) away from both Pula and Medulin.
The whole property includes a swimming pool (which can be used free of charge), a free parking space, free Wi-Fi, a TV with a satellite transmitter. It also has a balcony with a nice view, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine for clothes, towels and toilet paper. You can use the grill next to the pool free of charge.
The house is 70 meters away from the sea and it has a quiet, family friendly environment. The closest beach is about 5 minutes away. You also have a sea view from the apartment.
NOTE: The pool is seasonal so it is only functional during summer period.

Just like home but than abroad

Apartment was colourfull, spacy and fully equipped. There was even a washingmachine. Quiet surroundings, nice swimmingpool and good startpoint to explore the southern part of Istria. Owner, mr. Simag and his family were very nice and helpfull. Near the apartment is restaurant Barka, run by a German family. Not the cheapest but a good menu. We would choose this apartment again if we visit this part of Istria in the future.

Hello, my name is Josip. Me and my wife would like to welcome you to our apartments. We both work in and own a construction firm but we like to think of tourism as our second job. We are opening a hotel and 4 villas as well, which are situated close to this apartment. We are very hard working people and we will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and memorizing. We live in a town called Zabok (near the capital city Zagreb). We have 4 children who try to help us with communication as much as possible (english+german) since my wife only speaks croatian (and some broken english) while I speak croatian and english. Nevertheless we like to make friendships from all over the world.
