Do not recommend. The pictures make the unit look clean, new and updated; this is not the case. The unit is run- down with dirty couches, broken bed frames, and kitchen faucet without warm water. The location, however, was nice and close to the action (although you hear and see it throughout the night).

This was a horrible experience. The property manager never sent us check-in instructions, and when we arrived, a cleaning lady was kind enough to let us in. The rooms were clean but couch was stained, and the overall appearance was run down and minimal with little space. Then, once settled, the property manager messaged us that they couldn't host us because of a "leak." I then spent 2 hours on the phone with VRBO to find another place to stay. During that time ANOTHER family showed up with the same reservation for the place. There was no leak. This was a simple matter of double booking and ZERO communication. This was ultimately a happy accident because the place didn't meet our standards and is on a noisy corner. VRBO worked with me to find alternate accommodations and it worked out for the best.This host should be banned.

There were many issues with this property. The room promised was given to another family. The photos did not match the property. The master mattress springs were failing on the headboard left side leaving me sleeping at a downward angel. The smoke detector chirped. The most upsetting part was I specifically asked if there were steps and was told 6 or 7. There were 25. I had a ederly woman with me. This was upsetting and dangerous. The large closet door had 2 broken hinges causing a hazard. Cheap furnishings for the high price paid.

The most convenient centrally located stay in London! There’s even a luggage storage spot right next to the property! The perfect place to rest between adventures, and to see everything London has to offer.
