2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. 1st floor has open living/kitchen/dining, bedroom with two twins or king bed, full bath, laundry, front porch with rocking chairs and rear deck with dining area, large, flat lush grass back yard with outdoor shower, brick patio seating, hammock and horse shoe pit. 2nd floor is a large master suite with full bath with double shower and water views. Central A/C,

Neverless is situated on it's own two acre section of the property allowing ample privacy with it's own entrance and parking. It is ideally located off bike path to 'Sconset and Town. Sparsely populated beaches can be found at the end of Tom Nevers Road (less than a mile) for beach picnics and evening cocktails. Walking/jogging and biking accessible in neighborhood and surrounding conservation land.
