We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Important Note: The basement is occupied by a long-term tenant. However, the two living spaces are completely separate, each with its own private entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces, and the basement tenant does not have access to the upstairs or your backyard.

Your privacy and safety are very important to us. Guests have exclusive access to the entire main level of the home and the fully fenced backyard, making it a great place to relax with family and friends.

Take out all the trash at the front big garaged cans.
When exiting please lock the back door and the front door with the key pad, do not lock the Botton handle in the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
