We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating, and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to the area.
The house was super clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. There were 3 of us and it was the perfect size for our group. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores but also felt like we were up in the mountains away from it all. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice house in a great location.
We enjoyed our time in Colorado Springs. The home had everything we needed and it was in a neighborhood near hiking trails and lots of wildlife!

Great place to stay!!
This was the perfect house for our short weekend trip with friends. Dena checked in with us to make sure everything was good with the house and the house so clean and comfortable!! Great house!
Well kept property in a nice qiuet neighborhood. Dena, our host, was easy to communicate with.
My sister and I did a lot of sightseeing and shopping. Had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs.
This property is a little old fashioned but it is really cozy and comfortable. It’s location is perfect- close to everything! My only complaint is that it could have been a little cleaner.
The house was super nice and so close to the base for graduation!!! This was my very first time ever using anything like this and it was such a a smooth process!! Shout out to Dena for a great home and letting us rent it!! Thank you and def would stay again in the future!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is extremely convenient, with great access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and everything else Colorado Springs has to offer. The property was great all around. Communication with property management was top notch as they even reached out to warn us of an unexpected winter storm that was occurring on the day of our arrival. Highly recommend!
20-30 minutes to the airport. House is adorable, clean and well thought out with amenities. The host was friendly and answers immediately. Extremely clean and comfortable. This will be our place again next time we visit! Thank you! BTW white water rafting is a must if its your first time in Colorado!

Great vacation property
Andy and Dena's home worked perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our party to relax (4 adults & 2 kids). The neighborhood was nice and my 6 year old loved the park located just up the street from the house. The location was convenient to all the attractions in the area. We would definitely stay again! Thank you -
Roger
Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Looks and smells like grandma's house, but the look isn't a problem and the smell was easily fixed by unplugging the plug-in air fresheners and opening the windows for a while. Saw rabbits and mule deer right across the street, which was cool.
Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay in Colorado Springs
We just returned from a weeks stay at Andy and Dena's home in Colorado Springs. The house was great. It was very clean and just as presented. The home had everything that we needed and it was close to all of the sites. There is a great park a block up the street for kids to play, or just to sit and take in the mountain views. Andy and Dena were great to work with and I would certainly stay here again.

Great house very relaxing
We loved our stay in Andy and Denas home. Comfy beds and nice towels were appreciated. The location was great for everything we wanted to visit. The proximity to the park was great for the kids to play football and basketball in the evenings. The owners were very helpful with questions and concerns. The games in the closet were a great time after a long day of sightseeing. We made good use of the grill and would recommend pizza from Marcos.
We are so thankful that we were able to stay in the house. It is exactly as described. Very clean and close to everything. Beds are so comfortable. Had everything we needed at the house. A deer actually came in the front yard and let us feed it out of our hands.

Perfection In C-Springs
We really liked staying in this house in Woodmen Valley. It is located next to the foothills so we could hike and mountain bike right out the door. Very convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions and yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home was extremely comfortable-three bedrooms upstairs; dining/kitchen and living room on the main level, and a really nice family room on the lower level. The home is welcoming and cheerfully decorated and we felt at home immediately.
Andy and Dena were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home and when we return to Colorado Springs it will be our first choice.
Good experience. Quick response from owner. Well equipped kitchen. A few minor issues. The a/c did not work well for upstairs. Pillows were too thick. The wall air refresher was too strong. I had to unplug them. All in all very good place. 👍
The house was clean and fit all us nicely. The only complaints from the family were of the personal preference variety, and thus, ignored. My only "complaint" is that the shower head is low, but I am 6'4" and almost every shower head not in my own house is too low, so you can move that to the "feedback" section. The appliances were clean and easy to use. The bathrooms were clean. The HVAC system performed well. The local wildlife was friendly. There is a nice park within walking distance, and the house was centrally located for where we were making trips to and from. We would gladly book another stay here when we come back.

Home Sweet Home!
"Charming" in this property's title is truly fitting! The home is extremely comfortable and clean, with the convenience of updated fixtures, technology and appliances, while also feeling totally homey with the comfortable furniture, nice linens, and surrounded by character in the antique furniture pieces and cute decor. The neighborhood is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, which is frequented daily by numerous deer grazing on the neighbors' lawns!
The owners made sure the house is well-stocked with just about anything you'd need, including a beautiful bunch of fresh flowers on the dining table!
The only thing that would've made this home absolutely perfect would've been a second full bath, but it was a minor inconvenience for our family of 5.
We definitely got more than our money's worth and are so glad we chose to stay here!
