Lovely 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths nestled in the foothills of Colorado Springs. New furnace and air condition just installed. Minutes away from the beautiful AFAC Chapel.The breath taking Garden of the Gods with hiking, biking and horseback riding. Shop the old world charm of Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. With easy access to I-25,this home is located 15 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and the Olympic Training Center. The base of Pikes Peak and Santa's Workshop are just over the hill, on the way to the city above the clouds (Woodland Park).
We do not live in the home anymore and it is completely open for your enjoyment and privacy.

The house was just as described. The owners were very responsive to my questions before check in. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make dinner. Great property, we would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We loved seeing the neighborhood deer, and my kids really liked having their own rooms on a trip. We enjoyed our stay in the house very much, and price was right. My daughter wants to come back to Colorado Springs sometime, and she says she wants us to rent the same house - a ringing endorsement from a discerning teenager!

Nice home in a cute, quiet neighborhood

The home was just as described. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. We were visiting my sister who lives on the AF Base so it was close to her and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. There was a park right up the road that the kids loved going to each evening. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Colorado Springs. The only thing that would make it better is a king bed in the master bedroom.

The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Only suggestion would be to maybe have a couple throw blankets available while setting in tv family area. Just a personal preference as the ac vent is placed in the ceiling. Overall nice place, great location, was there over 4th of July holiday and very quiet, comfortable area!
