A perfect base for exploring Mariposa and YosemiteWe had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property and would happily come back. The home is even lovelier in person than in the photos. It's peaceful, thoughtfully decorated, and has plenty of space to relax after a long day out.It was spotless when we arrived. Everything from the bathrooms to the linens was fresh and clean, and you can tell the hosts take real pride in the place.The kitchen was a highlight for us. It's fully equipped with good cookware, utensils, spices, and appliances, so cooking our own meals was easy. That's a big plus in the area, since dining options are limited and you'll save a lot by eating in.The location is fantastic. It's close to downtown Mariposa for groceries and restaurants, and an easy drive to Yosemite, so we got into the park early and beat the crowds.

A perfect home base for exploring Mariposa and Yosemite!We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house is huge, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and it's clearly set up with families in mind. The big green backyard was a highlight: the kids had space to run around, and we loved sitting outside and unwinding at the end of each day.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking family meals easy and enjoyable. Starlink internet was fast and reliable, perfect for streaming on the TV in the evenings. The dedicated office table was a thoughtful touch that made it easy to get some work done without feeling cooped up.Comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, this home made our Mariposa trip truly memorable. We'd love to come back, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a relaxing getaway!

The property was roomy and had a large gathering area with a big table, large TV and big sofa.The beds were comfortable. Some of the dishes were chipped. The location is remote and quiet. We did not understand until reading another review about two days before arrival that there would be a 75/night fee to unlock the fourth bedroom for a group our size(7). When we arrived about 5 pm all of the bath towels were under the sinks and were WET. There was a washer and dryer which we used to clean and dry the towels. The host communicated frequently.

We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our pricing is occupancy-based, and the 4th bedroom is offered complimentary for larger parties — this was confirmed with guest before check-in. When concerns about cleanliness and towels came up, we sent our cleaner over immediately; she inspected the home thoroughly and found no issues. We take every guest concern seriously and act on it right away.

The house was very big a spacious, however the bathe rooms were not cleaned properly, the sofa had candy nerds all over the cushions, the lawn, brush. Bushes and weeds were over grown all over the property. I did take photos and send to the property manager the owner messaged me to let me know the price reflected the property he did offer to send a cleaning crew (like that’s what we wanted at check in) we cleaned it ourselves. Note if you want the whole house you must pay for 11 people I booked the house with 9 people and got locked out of one bedroom had to pay an extra $$ to get access to it. I think the owner should have given us access to that room considering the cleaning we had to do. I’m sure his cleaning crew would have charged more. Property is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway if you don’t mind doing some cleaning. The owner did offer to give us a one day refund if we wanted to check out, we were vendors up for the butterfly festival and the whole town was booked so that wasn’t an option
