Enter your private hideaway through the lower French Doors. You will find a spectacular view of Puget Sound-Two large bedrooms, both with a Queen Bed, a small but complete kitchen, and a living room/dining room combination.
Walk out your living room to a large patio with a 180 degree view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
We are on a dead end road, just 10 minutes from Sea-Tac airport, and 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.
Close to numerous attractions, or secluded enough to just relax and enjoy the view for a few days.

Love the area and the property is beautiful. Upon opening the door we were very pleased with the layout, furnishings and view!Barb came by to introduce herself- very kind. Nice touches as fresh flowers, muffins & jam, coffee, and snacks- so appreciated!

The views were beautiful! Bathroom is small but functional. I may have missed it in the explanation of the property but didn’t realize someone lived upstairs. Again, there was no issue with this.

The property has stunning views of Pugent Sound, and is a super quiet retreat. It is very clean, and we appreciated all the small touches that we don't find in all vacation rental homes: brochures of area activities, tons of menus from area restaurants, coffee with cream and sugar, a pack of English muffins and snacks left for us to enjoy among others. My favorite was actually the highest water pressure I have ever experienced coupled with a massaging shower head! That really knocks those morning kinks out! As a bonus, the neighbor's cat, North, came over daily to say hi. While he is not allowed inside the home, he eagerly jumps into your lap outside...it was nice for us, as we left a lot of fur-babies at home with a sitter. Thank-you for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Island View rental. It was clean and just as the pictures represented. Ron communicated ahead of our stay with clear instructions and access. Thank you for the coffee, too! We will be back!

This is a lovely, well-appointed apartment with a stunning view, in a tranquil neighborhood. It's a peaceful and cozy retreat. There were many thoughtful little touches and extras not all rentals have - including quality stainless steel pans and items for that first morning: coffee, butter, jam, and English muffins. Also an array of little snacks - in case you did not yet get to the nearby grocery stores or restaurants. Ron contacted us well in advance in response to queries, and with clear arrival instructions. He also checked in by text before and during our stay. We know the area and had no other needs, but there was lots of info in the apartment and he would have been happy to help. We had no trouble with the steps down to the apartment from the street, or the designated parking space (maybe don't drive a behemoth). We look forward to a future stay.

We had an amazing two night stay. The property has breathtaking views of the water, and a very nice lanai from which to admire it. The rental was stocked with nice towels and linens, and they left snacks for us to enjoy. Very clean home and nice, helpful hosts. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful getaway.

This rental features a beautiful view of Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains. It is in a very quiet residential area, and the owners were very responsive to any issues that arose. This was our second summer to stay here.

Peaceful with a view

Overall, the place was absolutely wonderful. The views of the sound are spectacular, sunsets included. It is a close drive to just about everything in the area, but you don't ever feel like you are in the city. Lovely place to stay!

Beautiful View!

We had a great stay at this beautiful spot! The views were amazing and we enjoyed our coffee and evenings sitting and looking at the natural beauty! It was very quiet and private and close to the airport and the city.
