Condo is 5 minutes from Fremont, 12 minutes to University of Washington, 12 minutes to South Lake Union and downtown, 20 minutes to Century Link and T-Mobile fields. Ballard is a hip waterfront neighborhood with trendy restaurants, indie shops, bars and craft breweries centered on historic Ballard Avenue. Ships and salmon pass through the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, or Ballard Locks, also a popular picnic spot. The sandy beach at Golden Gardens Park draws sunbathers and volleyball players and offers mountain views. The Nordic Heritage Museum displays the area’s Scandinavian roots. Two beach cruisers (included with property) can be used and garage parking. Seattle Get-away, Ballard

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and a friend. We were in Seattle to spend time with family and the condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We enjoyed lounging in the living room after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was great for our breakfasts. We used the ample dining room for take out dinners. It was nice having two bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Hope to book again! It was perfect for our needs.

So nice to find a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and so many amenities while being in the city. We walked to breweries and only 5 minutes to downtown Ballard.

Frank's place is in a great location to breweries, coffee shops and a quick drive to downtown Seattle. Loved the care taken to make this such a comfortable spot for guests. I have been an owner with VRBO and found this place to be exceptional.

Great Place in Ballard

Easy access to almost everything. Super easy to take the tunnel and arrive at T Mobil Park. Access to Krakens Community Ice was easy. Had a great weekend. The host (Frank) was great. My son left a backpack and Frank was helpful and gracious.

Ballard getaway

Stayed here to explore Seattle and go to The Rolling Stones concert. We enjoyed the condo as it was close enough to the action to still enjoy everything, yet far enough to be affordable. It was a great bang for the buck compared to hotel and condos near downtown.
