My weekend in Loon

I stayed at this property this summer for a weekend getaway for me and my wifey with our friends. The property was very clean and hospitable, Patricia was extremely communicative and everything went very well. Would definitely recommend this property to stay at!!

Great accommodations!

This is a lovely condo. I am generally particular about cleanliness and found this condo to be very clean and neat. Pattie, the owner was very accommodating and easy to reach if needed. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo.

It's a decent place at a great location specially for foliage. It’s not very big but OK for a family with kids. Cons: One bathroom on the second floor where all the bedrooms are and the other bathroom is downstairs. The beds not very comfortable for sharing with another person. No grill

Overnight stay with family

The property was clean and close to everything. We had a little difficulty with the Roku as we thought that controlled the whole tv. There were 4 clickers and we found the one that got on cable. Other than that everything was great.

Need update

Regarding the space in the house and cleanliness, everything was at a high level. The only problem is the outdated technology, furniture and kitchen that need to be updated. The kitchen and living room definitely need to be repaired. Of course, Pati, the owner of the house, was always there when needed.

Perfect Spot!

I've been coming up to the area for years with family and wanted to celebrate my birthday by bringing up a group of friends. When I found this listing (and one just next door) it was perfect for our group so we could have space to comfortably stay. Patti's unit was perfect! Really clean, stocked with all the necessities (cookware, linens, enough towels for every one) and provided a great place for us to rest when I wasn't playing tour guide for my friends. Plus, it's walking distance from town so no need to worry about parking while you shop, dine, or swim at the Cascades. Patti was awesome with communication through the whole process, from booking to check-out, and patient with my questions. I would 100% stay again! Thank you Patti!

Great location and space

My partner, my brother and I stayed at this property for a night after hiking in the White Mountains. It was spacious, clean, quiet and close to everything in Lincoln. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable stay

We loved the condo. There was enough room for the 8 people in our group. At night we sat outback on the deck and admired the stars. The location was great with a nice wooded backyard and close to Woodstock. Everyone enjoyed the house.

Last minute stay, wished it was longer

We booked one night after spending the day with kids at Santa's Village and it was a great choice. The two older kids had their loft space while the adults and toddlers had the regular bedrooms. We love NH and usually stay in the Lincoln area so we will definitely consider this place again, for a longer period of time, though. The owner/mamager was super helpful and prompt with her replies, too!

We had a lovely few days here with our five kids. Close to everything, neighborhood was quiet, and the property met all our needs. The owner was very responsive with any of our questions. We would stay here again!

perfect for what we needed

This property was exactly as advertised. We came with our 3 adult children and a few significant others. We had plenty of room for everyone and had easy access to both Skiing (Loon) and dining (downtown Woodstock). I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for easy and comfort.

Perfect location

This condo was in a perfect location for all the activities we wanted to do in the area- skiing, shopping and eating out. The set up of the open living room, dining and kitchen was wonderful. Everything was spaced out perfectly for all of us. We would definitely rent from Patty again.

Wonderful place!

Our family just spent a week in this beautiful, well maintained condo. Patti, the owner, is very easy to reach and to work with. Everything you need is there. If you have children, the loft is a great bonus. I highly recommend this place.
