Our stay at the VRBO was extremely disappointing. The unit was much smaller than the photos suggested, which felt misleading from the start. The bed was so uncomfortable that it was hard to get any real rest, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. We even had to go out and buy our own sheets just to feel comfortable sleeping there, and the beach towels provided did not look very clean. While the accommodations were frustrating, we will say that the locked facility itself felt safe and secure, which offered at least some peace of mind during our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised to read these concerns, as I reached out during your stay to ensure everything was satisfactory and did not receive any indication that there were issues. I make myself readily available to address concerns in real time, and I cannot resolve matters that are not communicated while a guest is in the home. The listing includes accurate photos so guests can make an informed decision prior to booking. Mattress comfort is also subjective and can vary by personal preference. I appreciate you noting that the building felt safe and secure. I remain committed to providing a clean, accurately represented space and to promptly addressing concerns when they are communicated.
