Lazy Days, 3-bedroom, family-friendly condo in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks!
Welcome to our cozy, family-friendly 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at Lazy Days Condos! This well-maintained condo features a waterfront view and a screened-in deck. The large, fully stocked kitchen and inviting living room with a 55” TV make it the perfect home base for exploring Lake of the Ozarks. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom/shower, while the other (2) bedrooms have a full size bed, one having a 1/2 bath, and a third guest bathroom with bath/ shower.
Located in the heart of Osage Beach, this condo is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and a variety of both water and land attractions. With hiking trails, jet ski and boat rental options, go-karts, and mini golf all nearby, you can surely fill up your days while at the lake. While the condo does not come with an available boat slip, the State Park Grand Glaize Marina (PB2) is only minutes away by land or water for boat and/or slip rental (https://lotospmarina.com/locations/).
Lazy Days offers a range of amenities for you to enjoy. With two community pools, two covered grilling areas (please note that grilling on the condo deck is not allowed), and two playgrounds, the complex is ideal for relaxing and hanging out. This is our young family’s homey getaway, and we are excited to share it with you!

>Absolutely no smoking (including on screened deck) or use of fireplace allowed.
>No pets.
>No events, parties, or large gatherings.
>Max of (4) vehicles allowed on property with parking passes visible from rear view mirror.
>No glass bottles or containers allowed within fenced pool areas.
>>All other pool rules are posted in the pool area and must be followed.
>Quiet hours are from 11p to 9a.
>Must be at least 26 years old to book.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Please pile used towels and linens on the floors of each bathroom.
• Do not leave the dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer running at departure.
• Unplug coffee maker from wall outlet.
• Turn off water heater breaker before turning off main water valve
• Turn off main water valve
• Please ensure you return the parking passes to the condo prior to your departure.
• Text so I can coordinate with cleaning company that will be cleaning following departure.
• Pull front door shut and lock. Hit ‘ENTER’ on the keypad and rotate the deadbolt clockwise to lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
