On the lower level, there are around 5 pools, including a wave pool, a gym, and barbecue areas (which must be reserved in advance).

The apartment is located in Cerritos, one of the most peaceful and pleasant areas of Mazatlán. Perfect for relaxing, yet close to the action—just 3 minutes by car (or a 10-minute walk) from the beach. The area features a bike path, green spaces, and quick access to restaurants, bars, cafés, and nightlife. Here, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: tranquility and fun within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:
The pools are shared and located on the 1st floor. The barbecue area can be used without any problem as long as it is reserved at least one day in advance and the rules are respected—for example, glass is prohibited near the pool. The pool hours are approximately from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The wave pool has different hours, which may vary, so you’ll need to check at the activities office located in front of the semi-Olympic pool. The coworking area, gym, and kids’ play area are located on the rooftop of each tower and are also available from approximately 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
