This charming, unique chalet in the woods offers a romantic getaway for a two or a fun, spacious vacation for the whole family. The sunroom is large and cheery and the master suite is the gem of this listing, with a walk in shower, a hot tub with a view and a comfortable king-sized bed. The house is surrounded by woods to roam in, has a cozy screened in sunroom, and a fire pit with lots of firewood for crisp spring/fall evenings. The house is in the woods up a long, stony unpaved road. It's best to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter. The house is surrounded by woods but has lots of yard space as well including a great outdoor living area, a screened in porch and an open air porch. The two queen beds are on the main floor, and the master bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. The basement includes a pool table, a bar, and a trundle bed with two single mattresses. The house is spacious and perfect for a family or two with children.

The house was beautifully decorated and location was amazing. There were two deer right off of the deck one morning. The space was perfect for our needs too. The hot tub on the second floor was a little concerning and the basement smelled of cigarette smoke, so we did not use either.

Property is essentially a chalet in the woods. Beautiful surroundings. I had an issue when I arrived because the cleaners did not finish do the laundry so the beds were not made and there were no towels. I spoke to the property manager and she was helpful with ensuring everything was in place the following day.

It was great. The only bummer was we couldn’t get the light outside to turn on as we were using the grill in the evening had to use flashlight from phone. Also was counting on the washer to work took limited clothes was counting on doing some laundry. Laundry machine was saying it’s not closed when it was.
