Cardiff by the Sea Casita
Our sweet casita is a 800 square foot one bedroom loft like grannie flat.Lots of privacy and natural light, private enclosed yard for pets and everything you need for a beach stay. We are west of 5 in the Composer District, walking distance to beach, parks, seaside market and campgrounds. Washer and dryer access in main home can be scheduled. Great for Surfers, Skateboarders (Encinitas Community Park aka Poods) is walking distance. Also dog park.

We love Cardiff and proximity to activities. Likes of walking and biking options. Easy short distance to beach and shops allowing you to go days if not weeks with out having to get in a car.
What makes this property unique
Proximity to beach, parks and basic needs. Green space with real grass! Trees and good space for visitors and animals. Appreciation for the quiet neighborhood and willingness to be helpful in exploring Encinitas.
