This charming casita is a detached one-bedroom house located on our one-acre gated property in south Solana Beach (west of 5 freeway) in a beautiful neighborhood that has a country feel. It is truly country meets the ocean! Some of the amenities include your own private courtyard and loggia for relaxing, beautiful landscape, and an amazing and walkable location near Beach, Del Mar Racetrack, Cedros Shopping/Design District, San Elijo Lagoon Reserve, and magnificent restaurants. Walk to Sunday Farmer's Market, wine tasting, brewing company, and quaint coffee shops. Listen to music at the famous Belly Up Tavern. Nearby is famous Torrey Pines Golf Course. House has a queen-sized bed, equipped kitchenette, and washer/dryer. Linens provided. No smoking.

Wonderful stay

This casita far exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful and located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to the Cedros Design District and other destinations. We especially enjoyed the private patio and found the overall atmosphere to be extremely relaxing.

Everything that you require

Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and had a lovely private patio. In addition to containing all the necessary amenities, there were many other items available for the convenience of the renter.

Lovely Cottage!

Cyndi and Martin's Solana Beach cottage was idyllic. Beautiful decor, amazing location, and friendly accommodating hosts made for a perfect stay. Personal highlight; morning coffee on the patio paired with the sweet scent of honeysuckle all around. Would definitely stay here again!

It's exactly as described - clean, comfortable, convenient, and beautiful! It's an easy walk through a nice, quiet neighborhood to Cedros Ave and Solana Beach. The place itself is well-maintained with a very comfortable bed and sitting area, well-lit with natural light, and lovely with the smell of flowers surrounding the building. It isn't a full kitchen, but close - we were able to easily cook full meals. Cyndi and her husband were wonderful hosts - very responsive, friendly, and accommodative. We will be back!

Exceptional accommodations

This is a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and quiet, beautiful patio and gardens, gracious hosts. The caseta is fully and considerately equipped. Kitchen facilities are apartment-sized, best suited for guests who do not plan to do extensive food preparation.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this very cute, very comfortable, very spacious casita. The patio was an added bonus, where we could have meals, play games, and relax. We also enjoyed visits from our son who lives nearby. About a mile walk to the beach, and less to the Cedros Design District. Nice Farmers Market on Sunday. Cyndi and Martin were great hosts. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here in November 2020. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and clean, with a great patio area. Owners were very accommodating as well. I would highly recommend

We spent a quick weekend here and it was exactly as the pictures and description online. Very quiet, everything was clean and even though the owner is on site, very private. We brought our bikes and the ride down to the beach was a breeze- the ride back was a little more challenging uphill. Super cute outdoor patio for reading and dining. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great getaway

It was a perfect place to spend a short vacation during the pandemic. Very private, clean and close to great restaurants that were equipped to do social distancing . The beach was not crowded and the community was responsible and friendly.
