Superior one bedroom one bath condo. Could sleep 4-5 guests, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. Tile floors throughout unit. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you would need for cooking. Full size table, seating for four. Two televisions with cable, free WiFi and in house phone. Large patio outside your front door to relax and enjoy the views of the gulf. Great tropical foliage surrounding the entire unit. Everything you need is there. Hair dryer,towels and linens, cooler, beach chairs, games and a beach umbrella.

There are plenty of activities nearby. Parasailing, dolphin watching, wave runners, fishing and more. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Paradise Grille is directly on the beach and has great food for breakfast or lunch. Corey Avenue is a great shopping district that's only a few blocks away. Beach Bods Gym is two blocks away and offers daily,weekly or monthly passes.

Gulf Winds is a great property offering courtyards with patio furniture and outdoor grills. Laundry facilities are onsite in each building. Shuffleboard is also available. The pool is heated and private with views of the gulf. There is an onsite office manager to help you upon your arrival.

This is my second time staying at the gulf winds condos, although it was a different unit, it was just as good as the first. Melissa was a great host. She made sure the place was clean before I got there, which it was immaculate. She went out of her way to communicate with me to make sure my experience was great. 10/10 recommend.

Great getaway!

This was a wonderful trip with an awesome place to stay! The condo and it’s location are perfect for a beach trip. The set up is wonderful and provides everything needed. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect little spot

The space was very clean and is in a great location for the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants. Check in was very easy and everyone I dealt with during check-process were very kind and supportive Definitely will stay here again :)

Great location

The condo is in a great location right next to the beach access. Nice courtyard area to sit in the morning and relax before the sun gets hot. Everything you will need to use on the beach is available for you in the bedroom closet.

Great beach condo

We loved how close the property was to the beach. It was great that there were chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and towels to use. Melissa was very responsive for any questions and provided a great list of restaurants to try and things to do. We would definitely stay there again!

Girl's Weekend

It was perfect for our weekend away! I slept on the pull out sofa bed...not the most comfortable, but was fine for only three nights. The apartment was clean, the area was nice and just a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay in St Pete Beach

We had a very relaxing week at this condo in St Pete Beach. Just a short walk across the parking area and you had toes in the sand! The condo was clean and very cute! We had everything we might need to visit the beach or the pool. Melissa was a wonderful host and the Gulf Wind staff were so nice too! The extras Melissa provides to use at the beach are such an added bonus since we flew and couldn’t bring everything we needed. Just a great stay!

Excellent all around!

I love this complex and stay here often but this was a first for this unit. Best VRBO host I’ve had so far, so accommodating and friendly. Great communication! She uses the property manager onsite who is also AMAZING! Great experience, highly recommend. Also great value!!

The condo was everything it was advertised as and more. Anything you could want or need was within walking distance. Melissa was nice enough to call and check with us before our arrival and provide all her contact information in case we needed anything, which we did not. I would not hesitate renting this unit again.

Absolutely incredible!

The condo was immaculate, super comfortable and the location couldn’t have been any better…right across the street from beach access!! Melissa was fantastic to work with - checking in with us before we left home, at check in, and again just before we left!! Parking was a little crazy, but we were there over a holiday weekend, so that was why. Overall, an amazing stay!! Thank you, Melissa for everything!!! We’re already looking at dates for next year!

Little Gem

This unit is perfectly located so close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Both the staff at the resort and the owner were very accommodating and helpful. The unit, while small, is very nicely updated and had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better unit or location. We literally walked across the street to the beach. We could see the ocean from the living room window.

All you need is your swimming suit!

Awesome location with everything you need for a great beach trip! Just bring your suit, towel, and sunscreen - the condo has everything else you need - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chest. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, but every place we ate had great food. Melissa was great to work with and provided a very helpful list of to-do's and to-go's. Make sure you go to Jimmy B's on the Beach on Tuesday night for great 70/80's music! Have been going to Destin for many years but St Pete's is my new favorite destination.

New favorite beach on the Gulf!

The condo was very clean with more amenities than we have ever had in the proper condos! Melissa really provided a wonderful vacation environment. Thank you for all the beach equipment you provide. My husband was upset we flew for we left all our equipment at home. But Melissa to the rescue! Thank you Melissa!
