The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the yellow parking pass inside the apartment. It doesn’t fit in the lockbox. Return all keys and the white beach card to the lockbox. Lost beach card: $150. Lost parking pass: $100.
Take out all trash and use the bins next to the elevator. Shake off sand before entering — $150 fee if sand is found inside.
If you parked, use the left ramp when exiting. Follow the security guard’s instructions and return the yellow parking pass to the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
