Quiet private space with a pool table, kitchenette and plenty of space (1,300 Sq Ft). Blackout Curtains and air conditioning for a cool night sleep. Just east of downtown Eugene we are located 15 min. to the University of Oregon and Downtown. Lots of Hiking and Biking trails. 90 min to the coast or mountain skiing. 2 hours to the Bend/Sun River area.

Weekend Visit

This was the perfect property for our quick visit to our OU student. Only 15 minutes from campus, we found great spots to eat nearby and found everything we needed on site. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice apartment/suite

We had a very nice stay last week. Communication with owners was great. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and is close to most things. It’s about a 15 minute drive to U of O so pretty close in my opinion. I’d definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. We were prepared that it wasn't close to U of O but still close enough. Wasn't aware by the listing that it was an apartment attached to a house, but it was all good. A larger garbage can maybe outside would help with the check out.

Nice basement rental in quiet neighborhood

We didn’t realize the property is 15-20 minutes from UO, which was not ideal for us. But the accommodations were nice, in a quiet neighborhood. Several hiking options within a short drive. The homeowners responded well when we had a blown fuse issue. Overall a decent stay.
