We are both from Lincoln Nebraska (The Good Life). We both like hanging out by the pool with an adult beverage and friends. I enjoy golfing, Dawn enjoys games (really likes casino games).
Why they chose this property
We got lucky to find this beautiful house within commuting distance. Surprise reminds me of Lincoln on steroids. It seems everything we need is within 2 miles. The neighborhood and the neighbors are mostly friendly.
What makes this property unique
An organ cactus greets you at the entrance, then three towering palm trees, and multiple pygmy palms make the backyard an oasis.
