A very comfortable and quaint place to stay. They had plenty of supplies available if needed. I loved the feel of a remodeled space that still keeps the charm of an older home. The house was absolutely amazing, and the hosts were very responsive before, during, and after my stay.

Yes My fur boy was welcomed and had Dog treats for him. The Property was nice. unfortunately we had to cancel our Trip early due to a Health reason which was out of our control. In my mind I was hoping they'd credit us one night but it was not part of the agreement. I give the property 5 stars.

This is a beautiful property that has all you need! The backyard area is great for families and kids. Everything was spotless and check-in was super simple! Communication with Patrick was timely. This house is in a great location. 5-10 min walk to Sherman Ave for lots of great restaurant options or a quick drive to Independence Point to enjoy the lake and park. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, but with more than 3 people the single bathroom miight be an issue. The house looks new inside and out, even though it is probably from the early 1900's. All modern and like new.It was in a very good location and in the middle of all we were doing. It is a little far for an easy downtown walk, but still close to the main parts of Coeur D'Alene. Would stay again.

While life has taken some of us to different places, most of our family still lives right here in CDA, and this home represents a special way for us to stay connected to our roots.

We're an outdoors-loving bunch who cherish time spent together- whether it's hiking the nearby trails, exploring the lake, or simply enjoying nature's beauty as a family. Family is incredibly important to us, and it's the foundation of everything we do.

This home is a family investment that allows us to create a deeper connection to the community we grew up in, and we're grateful for the opportunity to do that. Two of us have been hosts on another 5 star property now for several years, so we bring a blend of experience, care and personal touch to make your stay more comfortable and memorable.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved this neighborhood because it feels like the true heart of Coeur d'Alene. It's full of character, with a mix of original homes and friendly neighbors that give it a real sense of community.

We love how walkable it is- you can head to the lake, trails, downtown shops, coffee spots, and restaurants all within minutes. But it's also tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful.

For us it's the perfect mix of charm, convenience, and the small-town CDA feeling we grew up with. We couldn't imagine a better place to be.

This is one of the original homes in downtown CDA , with all the charm you'd expect plus a few modern comforts. We've added thoughtful touches to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible- just like we'd want if we were staying here ourselves.
