Enjoy a memorable vacation for your family in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2 bath home by the lake. Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the loft is furnished with 1 full-sized bed and 2 twin-sized beds, all enough to comfortably sleep 10 people. For families with babies, there is a collapsible playpen with sheets for your convenience. The comfy living room and basement bedroom offer Smart TV's with local channels, Firesticks with Netflix, Prime, HBO now, and Sling TV +. WI-FI internet throughout. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the amenities from home, including a Keurig, panini press, a rice cooker, Ninja blender, plus a BBQ right off the kitchen sliding door. There is ample parking behind the house for 3 cars and 1 permit for street parking. You'll have access to our summer and winter outdoor toys, including adult tandem bikes, hiking kid carrier, umbrella stroller, beach gear, and sleds for sledding Cherry Hill!

Situated across from City Park and City Beach and steps to Downtown, guests can enjoy cruising around town, strolling to Downtown shops and restaurants, hiking Tubbs Hill, taking it easy at City Park, kayaking or paddle boarding the lake, or lounging it up on the beach! And end each day strolling along the beach to watch the sun set on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake.

We love staying here. My college kids gather with us every summer in this home, and we love the proximity to other family and the lake. Enough room with all the amenities. Great choice in vacation places to stay.

Excellent Home

It was the perfect house for us! Clean and comfy. The location is fantastic with a park across street, downtown 5 min walk and the beach is a block away. The beach items and stroller were a huge plus. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect Location

We were in town for my mother's funeral. Perfect location for early morning and evening walks. We could meet family across the street at the park and visit while the kids played. There was an issue with the door code, Flo was very responsive and the issue was resolved almost immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay in Coeur d’Alene’s Fort Mason Area

This home was a great place to stay. An older home remodeled to the comforts of modern day living. We enjoyed the air conditioning the days it was up over 100. Family loved eating outside, then walking to the beach. I would highly recommend this VRBO listing.

This home was perfect for us in every way. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the bicycles. The split cooling system was an especially great feature which ensured everyone slept comfortably.

This house was perfect for our group of 7. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for meals and adventures to the park and beach. The location is ideal and the city attractions can be reached by foot. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Weekend Retrear

Absolutely loved this property. It is within walking distance of a beautiful park, the lake, Coeur d’Alene resort, downtown, and several courts for pickleball etc. The unit came stocked with all kinds of water toys and bikes. Slept 9 adults very comfortably. Host replied quickly and was very accommodating. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Ideal Location- Cute Comfy Home

This sweet home worked so well for our family and dog. The location is absolutely incredible and you can walk to everything. The securely fenced yard and A/C units in each bedroom were especially useful. We plan to return to CDA and would love to rent this home again. (We had a small kerfuffle regarding our check in but our host worked to quickly resolve beyond our expectations.)

Great for walking to park and kale! Lake is beautiful!! Can walk to town, adorable place!! Had 2 days in silverwood, g-kids had a great time!! Also rented a boat to see the lake and swim!😊. Flo is wonderful!

Amazing location for vacation

House was very comfortable. Location is unbeatable! Some of the bedrooms for kids are a little quirky, but they had so much fun in their sleeping spaces that it kept them occupied! We enjoyed the outdoor eating area a lot as well. We had so much fun with the activities that we did not watch TV, so I can;t comment about infotainment.

Perfect place to stay in Coeur d" Alene!

We like to travel with our children and grandchildren. We usually pick VRBO for our stays and we all agreed that this home was one of our favorites! It was extremely clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood right by the lake. We loved that we could walk to town along the lakeshore to go to dinner every night. The owners are very kind and respond to questions quickly. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

We knew that it would make the perfect getaway for people visiting Coeur d'Alene because of its balance of old charm and modern upgrades that blend together well. The biggest plus to this home is the location, a few homes up from City Beach and across the street from City Park, making it just a few steps to everything Downtown Coeur d'Alene!
