I'm a recently retired educator and have lived in the Newburyport area for 30 years. I love it here! There's always something entertaining to enjoy with great seacoast activities, restaurants, and shops. The locals are very friendly and it's safe and fun to explore. I like to be here to welcome you and give you any information you need for a comfortable stay. Then you have your own private entrance to come and go as you like. But call or text if you have any questions along the way. I hope you'll have the freedom to enjoy our home and treat it as you would your own. Kindly no smoking, and please leave your shoes by the entryway for a clean and enjoyable suite. Our outside lights come on automatically for you after dark. Thank you!
